1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been processed, ritualized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To initiate a cancellation, please email 📧 with your Order ID and a brief reason. Valid cancellation requests will be confirmed via email. No cancellations are accepted beyond the 12-hour or pre-dispatch window.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is provided, recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

Eligibility Conditions:
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, uncharged, and returned in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
Customized, energized, charged, or spiritually activated products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance.
Returns for reasons like “changed mind” or “don’t need it anymore” are not accepted.

3. Refunds

No refunds are issued under any circumstance.
For eligible returns, we offer:
A replacement of the same item (subject to stock), or
A store credit valid for future purchases.
If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

 4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Products used for personal spiritual work
Items without valid unboxing video
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
