1. Dispatch Timeline

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation and successful payment.
This includes spiritual activation, packaging, and quality check before dispatch.
Note: Custom or energized ritual kits may take longer (3–7 days) depending on the ritual muhurat and material preparation.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier access. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

2. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please write to us at before placing an order. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or shared manually. Customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery timelines vary by country and customs clearance process.

3. International Risk Disclaimer

We are not liable for customs delays, import restrictions, or duties imposed by the destination country. Any seized or rejected parcels due to local laws or spiritual item bans are at the customer’s risk.

4. Courier Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a package is handed over to the courier,
Redford Astronix is no longer responsible for transit delays, damages, or misdelivery caused by the logistics provider. However, we’ll fully support you in filing claims or tracking shipments wherever possible.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in non-delivery or return-to-origin (RTO), Redford Astronix is not liable for refund or re-shipment. A re-dispatch can be arranged after additional payment of shipping charges.

6. Energy Handling

All spiritual products — such as crystals, Rudraksha, yantras, and mojo bags — are:
• Cleansed, ritually activated, and packed with protective sigils.
• Sealed in secure packaging to maintain energy integrity during transit.
We recommend you open the package with clean hands and calm intention to receive the energy fully.

Proof of Condition – Important
We request all customers to record a package opening video clearly showing:

• Outer packaging
• Product inside
This is mandatory for any claims regarding damage or exchange.
No claims will be entertained without an unedited package opening video shared within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹3,000 (India only)
₹79–₹149 shipping charges apply for standard orders (weight/location based)
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available due to the sacred nature of our offerings

8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:
• Natural calamities
• Courier partner disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
